As an architect, I wasn’t just designing for today — I was designing for what’s next. BHIVE’s vision aligned perfectly: a future-ready campus that didn’t just house 5000 people, but inspired them. Every square foot had to balance flexibility with purpose, modernity with comfort, and scale with soul.

From the start, I knew this wouldn’t be just another office. Nestled in the heart of BTM Layout, surrounded by a vibrant ecosystem of innovation, this space had to be accessible, human-centered, and globally relevant. We designed zones that could flex and flow — from high-focus studios to collaborative lounges, from client-ready boardrooms to calming breakout spaces.

We paid attention to light, circulation, material, and how people would truly feel in the space. The goal was simple: empower every team, from a startup pod to a multinational giant, to grow without ever outgrowing the environment around them.

Today, when I walk through the finished Garuda BHIVE Campus and see teams building ideas, collaborating across cultures, and simply enjoying the space — that’s when I know architecture did its job.

This campus is more than a project. It’s a living story
