BHIVE HSR 27th Main, my vision was to design a multifunctional workspace that harmonizes productivity, recreation, and spatial efficiency. The layout was strategically planned to accommodate over 400 seats while integrating collaborative zones, soundproof conference rooms, and a vibrant event space. A key design element—the elevated skywalk—seamlessly connects workspace sections, enhancing movement and visual appeal. We balanced openness with acoustic control and integrated outdoor spaces for natural relief. Set in the heart of HSR’s business hub, the design caters to the dynamic rhythm of MNCs and entrepreneurial teams alike.
