BHIVE Premium at Brigade Metropolis, my intent was to design a workspace that balances structure, comfort, and community. The layout strategically integrates flexible desk zones, private offices, and collaborative areas to support diverse work styles. Dedicated spaces like conference rooms, a vibrant café, and a game zone were planned to encourage both productivity and informal interaction. Circulation and zoning were optimized for ease of movement, while parking provisions ensure a seamless user transition from exterior to interior. Located in Mahadevapura, the design reflects the dynamic pulse of Whitefield’s evolving urban fabric.
